Welcome to DAATS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders for medical supplies and equipment.
Orders will only be processed and dispatched once proof of payment (POP) has been received.
Orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving proof of payment.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday only.
No dispatch on weekends or public holidays unless arranged.
During high demand or supplier delays, we will notify you via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Delivery fees are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order.
Large or heavy items (e.g. hospital beds, wheelchairs) may incur additional charges.
Important:
Standard delivery charges may change depending on the size, weight, or quantity of the products ordered.
Bulky, heavy, or multiple items may require an additional delivery fee.
Our team will contact you to confirm any changes before processing your order.
Customers may arrange their own driver for collection from our Kempton Park location once payment has been confirmed.

DAATS also provides wheelchair accessible transport services.
Transport bookings must be confirmed in advance and require proof of payment before driver allocation.
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Overnight delivery is available for selected areas within South Africa only.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
DAATS is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If your order arrives damaged, please contact DAATS immediately via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
We will assist you with the claims process.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods.
If goods are received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos for assistance.
DAATS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
