Introduction

Welcome to DAATS (Disability Accessible Accommodation and Travel (Pty) Ltd), a business inspired by my personal journey and lived experience.

My name is Caroline Khomisani Malatji, the founder of DAATS.

My Journey

In 2015, a car accident changed the course of my life.

While it brought many challenges, it also gave me a new purpose.

Before my injury, I had a deep passion for travelling and exploring new places. I made a decision not to let my disability take that away from me.

A Turning Point

After my recovery, I took my first trip as a wheelchair user, and it was a life-changing experience.

However, I quickly realised how difficult it was to find reliable information, accessible services, and the right support for people living with disabilities.

The Birth of DAATS

This challenge inspired me to create DAATS.

Today, DAATS has grown into a trusted provider of:

• Medical supplies
• Disability equipment
• Wheelchair accessible transport services

We also assist medical aid and RAF patients by providing quotations and supporting documents for claims.

Our goal is to make everyday life easier by providing accessible solutions that improve:
